Booking confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
For cancellation receive before 30 days more 90 % will be refund.
For 15 days or more 50% will be refund.
Less than 15 days in advance of arrival no refund.
No refunds for unused nights or early check out.
Rate subject to change without prior intimation.
Any Govt. Policy duties and taxes are add or deduct at the time of occupancy accordingly
the same will be charges over and above the Room Tariff/F&B/Other Services.
